Fixes

Mostly due to previous owner......
- Fixed leaking fork seals
- Replaced frozen and leaking front calipers
- Replaced chain with DID 530 O-Ring
- Replaced worn sprockets
- Flushed all fluids

In the Works...

- CBR 600 F4i rear shock swap.... poor mans version
- Cylinder head rebuild this winter (pitted cams)

Pitted Camshaft

During a routine valve adjustment, I noticed some pitting on the rear exhaust cam lobe.  This will be a winter project that will include a replacement or new camshaft, full head inspection, and new valve springs ($$$).

Poor Man's Rear Shock Mod... In the works

Purchased a CBR 600 F4i rear shock off ebay for $25 shipped.  The bottom portion is constructed from two pieces of 1/8" x 1" mild steel.  I welded two strips of 3/16" x 3/16" mild steel to the two uprights to keep the extensions rigid (bottom right picture).  I filed down some nuts for use as spacers (bottom left picture).
