Interceptor 500 Fender Eliminator Kit

I have put together a Fender Eliminator Kit to make it easier for anyone looking to remove their ugly plastic rear fender. This high-quality kit will give your Interceptor 500 a sportier look, similar to that of a modern sport bike. Many modern sport bikes have fender eliminator kits readily available, but as we all know, there is not much of an aftermarket for the Interceptor 500.
The kit includes:
-License plate bracket, made from 10 gauge 6061 aluminum sheet metal (tumbled finish), w/pressed in stainless stud and alignment pin
-Two fender spacers, made from 6061 Aluminum (fills the gap left by the old plastic fender)
-License plate mounting hardware
-2 stainless screws, button head
-2 stainless lock nuts, nylon insert
-2 nylon washers
-License plate bracket mounting hardware
-2 stainless washers
-1 stainless lock nut, nylon insert
-1 plastic spacer
-Full Color Instructions (emailed as .pdf file after item purchase)
-5/32” Allen Wrench
This Fender Eliminator Kit is intended for 1984-86 Honda VF500F Interceptors. It is intended to work with the stock setup and hardware/fasteners. If your bike was modified in any way in the past, slight modification of this kit may be necessary (Unlikely). Fits standard 4”x 7” license plates with a 5-3/4” center-to-center hole spacing. Also fits larger license plates up to 6-1/8” hole spacing. The stock license plate lighting is retained as well.
Installation is simple, no drilling is required, and minimal tools are needed.
